Hitting a low in British humor, this tale of an unemployed Scot (Milligan) trying to become Britain's poet laureate starts slowly, then stops. Milligan and Sellers have together done some sidesplitting antics in the past, but here their luck runs out. Sellers does add a bright spot portraying a sexually preoccupied Queen Victoria.
