Tarzan and the Lost Safari Reviews

A number of things changed in this series entry. Color was used for the first time, Jane was missing, CinemaScope was used, and the picture was actually shot in Africa. Scott turns in a convincing performance as the jungle hero who leads a chartered plane's passengers to safety after a crash. Some of the snooty survivors don't deserve to live, however, especially Beatty, who strikes a deal to exchange human lives for a fortune in ivory. Needless to say, Tarzan nixes that business proposal.
