Shoddy attempt at an espionage thriller has Pryor as a US agent fighting off spies who are after secret plans for invisible paint. The plot is implausible, and film contains scenes that are irrelevant to the story line. Hugh Beaumont, who went on to become father Ward Cleaver in the "Leave it to Beaver" television series, plays a small role.
