Hull is the stalwart, honest surgeon who is being double-crossed by doctors Heyburn and Matthews. Nagel is the young innocent who provides romantic interest as Hull upholds the honor of his profession no matter what the outcome. A stagy, sticky melodrama with stilted dialog to trip up some very fine acting, not only by the principals but by the supporting players as well.
