Scott is hired by King Charles II of England to infiltrate a gang of pirates and capture their leader, the infamous Henry Morgan, played by R. Stephens. When Scott decides to attack the pirates, the wily Stephens proves he's no fool and is prepared to meet him. The two fight hand to hand, but are knocked out and taken to the governor of Tortuga, who is about to hang them both as pirates. Scott is saved after his stowaway gypsy, Roman, reveals his true identity, and Morgan goes to his doom.
