In this wartime comedy, a garage owner, and his pal, a ventriloquist enlist and head for France where they are soon captured by the Nazis. Fortunately, the ventriloquist throws his voice, and they manage to escape.

Garage owner Purdell and his ventriloquist buddy, Watson, join the army and go to France where they are promptly captured by the Germans. Using Watson's voice-throwing skills, they manage to overpower the camp commandant and a Gestapo man and return home. Lightweight comedy worth watching for Purdell's and Watson's nice comic performances.
