Old Bones of the River Reviews

After being sent into deepest Africa to open up schools for local tribesmen, teacher Hay finds himself becoming the acting commissioner when Goldie comes down with malaria. His tax-collecting methods, coupled with Moffatt and Marriott's help, cause unrest among the natives, and Hay barely makes it out of the territory alive. Some great moments of hilarity in this British comedy of errors. A sequel to the 1935 film from the Korda Brothers, SANDERS OF THE RIVER starring Paul Robeson.
