This lackluster crime drama has Martin (interestingly but woefully miscast) as a San Francisco criminal lawyer who gets client Rasulala freed, only to realize that he has apparently embarked on a series of nasty murders of policemen. Martin hardly seems aware that he's acting, possibly because he's not. The film was made to fulfill a contract that specified Martin must appear in three MGM films in addition to headlining at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. After this disaster the company apparently decided to skip the other two.
