A laughable entry in the Higgins Family series, which sees the Higgins household go into an uproar when Ma (Lucille Gleason) enters a dog biscuit contest that offers a $50,000 prize. The trouble is that Pop Higgins (James Gleason) works for the agency that handles the contest holder's account, thus disqualifying his wife's entry even though she has bought up all the dog biscuits in town.
