At a country-club golf tournament, an heiress (Dorothy Jordan) meets a shipping clerk (Robert Montgomery) reputed to be president of a corporation. Virgie: Dorothy McNulty (Penny Singleton). Benny: Benny Rubin. Waters: J.C. Nugent. Johnson: Allan Lane. Directed by Charles F. Riesner.

The rather sketchy story of a golf-pro, Montgomery, romancing Jordan, serves as a backdrop for some nice musical numbers and some good comic routines by Rubin. Songs by Dorothy Fields and Jimmy McHugh include: "I'm Doing That Thing," "I'm Learning a Lot From You," "Like Kelly Can," and "Go Home and Tell Your Mother" (sung by Montgomery and Jordan). Remake of MGM's silent SPRING FEVER (1927).
