Newlywed Morgan suffers amnesia after a knock on the head during a fight. The only information he has on him is the address of his bride's cousin. He makes his way to the cousin, Wyatt, helping to rescue her plantation from debt and eventually marrying her. Things get complicated when the newlyweds decide to visit Wyatt's cousin, Morgan's first wife.
