Johnson saves this oater about his ride for vengeance against Clark, whose desertion during a battle in the Civil War cost the life of every man in Johnson's company. Tracking Clark to his desert ranch, Johnson finds the man's blind younger brother, Graves, living with an elderly uncle. While waiting for Clark's arrival, Johnson grows close to Graves and begins to reconsider his mission of revenge. Suddenly the decision is made for him when another vengeance-seeker arrives and attempts to kill the whole family. Johnson chooses to defend the family and when Clark does return, the former enemies unite to fight off the attack. Another western in which Johnson, a former rodeo performer, continued to win his spurs as an actor.
