A policeman (Kane Richmond) sets out to avenge the murder of a fellow officer killed during a gambling-hall raid. Ellen: Pauline Moore. Fay: Wynne Gibson. Taggart: John Miljan. Mrs. Murray: Mary Gordon. Mayor Frawley: William Halligan. Steve: Richard Beach. Murray: Robert Homans.

Richmond is a second-generation cop who pretends to get kicked off the force in order to infiltrate racketeer Miljan's operation. The action comes to a head when Richmond is assigned to drive a truck full of shotgun-toting hoodlums to a rendezvous where his police chief father is to be ambushed. Richmond manages to warn the cops, and machine-gun bullets shred the would-be assassins. Not a bad B thriller, with more violence than usual.
