Deadly Eyes Reviews

A throwback to the giant-monster movies of the 1950s, this film features a special breed of rats that grow to unusually large proportions and terrorize the city. In between rat attacks an affair develops between a high school science teacher, Sam Groom, and a city health inspector, Sara Batsford. Action director Robert Clouse (ENTER THE DRAGON; THE BIG BRAWL) provides ample polish, despite his low budget. He develops the tension at a good pace and maintains interest throughout. One of the more memorable scenes occurs when the rats take over a moviehouse. This will send chills up your spine if you've ever wondered what could be lurking beneath your seat.
