Dangerous Crossing Reviews

So-so suspense piece that borrows from SO LONG AT THE FAIR. Lovely Crain marries handsome Betz and they honeymoon on a cruise ship going east across the Atlantic. Suddenly, Betz disappears and Crain investigates, learning that she's listed under her maiden name and that only one ticket, hers, was purchased. Furthermore, she can't find anyone aboard the ship who saw them together. Rennie is the ship's physician who comes to believe Crain is telling the truth and helps her find out what's behind her husband's disappearance. The direction and performances are fine, by the script is a weak effort from Leo Townsend, who later went on to write many of the "Beach Party" pictures.
