25. Twitches

Tia and Tamera play twins separated at birth (as they tend to do) who only discover they're powerful witches once they're reunited. The movie premiered as a part of Disney's Hauntober Fest to 5 million viewers and its theme was sung by Disney darlings Aly and AJ Michalka.

24. Princess Protection Program

Remember when Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato were inseparable? The Disney pair may have had a best friend falling out, but at least the memory will always live on in this movie where Demi plays a foreign princess from a fictional kingdom and Selena plays a normal girl who helps her stay undercover.

23. Phantom Of The Megaplex

Very, very loosely based on Phantom Of The Opera, Taylor Handley (who you might know as Oliver Trask from The O.C.) stars as a movie theater employee who has to deal with a troublesome menace haunting his megaplex. Comedy legend Mickey Rooney also stars.

22. Cow Belles

Riding the success of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie's country reality show The Simple Life, this film stars sister duo Aly and AJ as two spoiled siblings who are forced to work at a dairy farm after accidentally burning down their own house. Also working there is a farmhand played by Michael Trevino (aka The Vampire Diaries' recently deceased Tyler Lockwood).

21. The Color Of Friendship

This DCOM tackled the difficult topic of apartheid and racism in the late '70s when a family living in Washington, D.C. takes in a South African exchange student. Though the realities were far harsher than depicted, it introduced the dangers of racism to the Disney generation and ended with a heartwarming learning moment.

20. Don't Look Under The Bed

Nightmare Before Christmas isn't Disney's only Halloween-Christmas movie mashup. Don't Look Under The Bed hits all the right spots, when a young girl is haunted by a boogeyman after the untimely death of her little brother. Despite its campiness, the movie teaches that it's okay to keep a youthful sense of wonder and see the silver linings in all bad situations.

19. Miracle In Lane 2

Based on a true story, Frankie Muniz stars as Justin, a young boy with spina bifida confined to a wheelchair, who discovers a love for soapbox car racing. The end credits include real footage of the boy the film is based on, and bring all the tears.

17. Tru Confessions

Based on a book of the same name, Shia LaBeouf stars as an autistic teen with a twin sister who makes a documentary about him. It perfectly contrasts the struggles of handling an autistic sibling with the positive influence it has on her life. Never has a DCOM made us cry the way this one does.

18. Horse Sense

The only thing better than one Lawrence brother is two. Brothers Joey and Andy take to the open range in this cowboy classic as siblings forced to learn humility and responsibility working on a ranch. Honorable mention to the movie's sequel, Jumping Ship, which added in their middle brother, Matthew.

16. The Thirteenth Year

This is a story everyone can relate to: adopted boy learns he's actually a mermaid and searches for his mother, who left him to avoid being captured.

15. Teen Beach Movie

Starring The Fosters' Maia Mitchell, this musical romp gives off total Grease vibes, and it was thoroughly enjoyable enough to warrant an even campier sequel.

14. The Luck Of The Irish

Ryan Merriman stars as Kyle, a typical teenage jock who learns he's from a line of leprechauns on his mother's side after his lucky gold coin is stolen and his luck disappears. Merriman is both charming and hilarious as he fights against an evil leprechaun to get back his family's luck.

13. Full Court Miracle

Inspired by a true story, a group of students at Philadelphia Hebrew Academy look for a basketball coach to help them get out of their slump. Not only does it star a young Alex D. Linz right before his role in Home Alone 3, but the whole film is a loose and fantastic retelling of the story of Hanukkah.

12. Camp Rock

What do you get when you take the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato and make them sing and dance for 90 minutes? The most watched DCOM on this list! Forgetting our ground rules, Camp Rock is still the third most watched Disney Channel movie ever, behind The Wizards Of Waverly Place Movie (based on the series) and High School Musical 2 (sequel!). Plus, it features the early days of the real life relationship of Demi and Joe. Too cute.

11. Cheetah Girls

Based on the best-selling book series, Raven Symone and early 2000s girl band 3LW teamed up for this musical comedy about a group of singers who get to record their first album.

10. Johnny Tsunami

This fish out of water tale starts when a young surfer moves from Hawaii to Vermont because of his dad's new job. He struggles to adjust to his new environment until he figures out that snowboarding is a whole lot like surfing. This movie has something for everyone - sports, romance, family drama, and Disney faves Kirsten Storms and Lee Thompson Young.

9. Wish Upon A Star

Eighteen-year-old Katherine Heigl plays a popular senior girl who body swaps with her alternative freshman little sister, and hilarity ensues. Though the movie originally aired in 1996, Disney re-premiered it in 2002, and it became a hit (again).

8. Alley Cats Strike

The premise of this DCOM is utterly absurd. Two warring high schools tie during a national basketball championship and can only break the tie by having a bowling tournament (because that's the logical solution?). But with standout performances from Kyle Schmid, Robert Ri'chard, and Kaley Cuoco (yes, that Kaley Cuoco), it's always been a fave.

7. Cadet Kelly

Speaking of questionable movie premises, Hilary Duff and Christy Carlson Romano team up for this DCOM about a girl sent to military school -- not for being a troubled rule breaker, but because her new step-dad works in the military. But that's unimportant because military school teaches her about responsibility, friendship, teamwork and humility, and Hilary Duff performs an incredible ribbon dance routine.

6. Motocrossed

Shakespeare's gender-bending classic Twelfth Night is adapted for Disney audiences in this sports-centric movie. A pair of twins are both obsessed with motorcycle riding, but their parents don't approve of their daughter participating. When their son injures himself, the daughter impersonates him to participate in the championship. While undercover, she falls in love with another rider, played by the incredibly handsome Riley Smith (of The CW's Frequency). It's a perfect Disney rom-com.

5. Halloweentown

Halloweentown snags the No. 5 spot for sequel power alone. The first of four movies, Halloweentown tells the saga of Marnie (played by Kimberly J. Brown), a teenage girl who discovers she's from a long line of witches from a magical alternate universe. It echoes the feelings of Hocus Pocus with its light-hearted look at every little witch's favorite holiday.

4. Smart House

Ryan Merriman appears on the list again for his breakout Disney role as a teenage computer whiz who wins a house for him and his dad after his mother's death. Even more surprising, the house is controlled by a virtual system called "Pat" who eventually takes hologram form (via superstar Katey Sagal). Madness ensues when Pat locks the family in the house and refuses to let them go.

3. High School Musical

Coming in at No. 3 is the movie that revitalized not only DCOMs but also led to a new generation of musical lovers. Troy and Gabriella, played by real life couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, sang and danced their way through basketball games, musical auditions, and more. The film's success spawned another DCOM (High School Musical 2) and a theatrical release for HSM 3: Senior Year. Word on the street is a fourth sequel is currently in the works at Disney, too.

2. Brink!

Don't go postal, but the aggressive inline skating movie Brink! comes in at No. 2. It's been a classic pretty much since the moment it aired, combining the hard-hitting realness of a sports drama with vintage Southern California dialogue -- like, totally, bro. It taught us that soul skaters skate for fun, and asked the existential question: "When you woke up this morning, did you say to yourself 'Today, I'm gonna talk.' or 'Today, I'm gonna skate!'?"

1. Zenon: Girl Of The 21st Century

Zooming into first place is Zenon: Girl Of The 21st Century. There's not a Disney kid among us who can't quote every line from fictional musician Prota Zoa's hit song, "Supernova Girl," or hasn't said "Zetus lapedus!" in the heights of our frustration. Headlined by Kirsten Storms, Zenon is a classic fish out of water story with elements of romance (young Gregory Smith, anyone?) and friendship, and has the power to still make our hearts go boom, boom.
