HE WOULDN'T DARE...

Tonight, former Law & Order beauty Angie Harmon will be a guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno for the first time since that fateful day in March, 2000 when football hunk Jason Sehorn gave her the shock of her life by proposing to her in front of millions of people. (A stunt that was named TV Moment of the Year at the 2001 TV Guide Awards.) Is the star of the upcoming Lifetime movie Video Voyeur: The Susan Wilson Story (airing Monday at 9 pm/ET) nervous that Leno might pull another fast one on her? "I don't think he can," she tells TV Guide Online. "I know my husband is in New York, so I don't think there's anything that he can do — unless [fellow guest] Mayor Guiliani comes out and proposes."
