Woman Sues Bill Cosby for Alleged Sexual Assault When She Was 15

One of Bill Cosby's accusers is taking her claims to court.

Judy Huth has filed a civil lawsuit against the comedian, alleging that he sexually abused her in 1974, when she was 15 years old, People reports. Huth is suing Cosby for sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress.

Huth alleges that Cosby approached her and a friend in a California park while they were watching him film a movie, and invited them to his tennis club, according to People. There, he gave them alcohol and later brought them to the Playboy Mansion, instructing them to tell people they were 19 if anyone asked. According to court papers obtained by People, Cosby "sexually molest[ed] her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself."

Unlike in previous years, it appears the accusations against Cosby are not going to go away this time around. On Monday, former supermodel Janice Dickinson restated her claim that she had been assaulted by Cosby, calling him a "monster" in an on-camera interview. Cosby also recently stepped down from Temple University's Board of Trustees, and the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, from which Cosby earned a master's and doctorate in education, cut all ties with him last week.
