Now that their parents are engaged, Will (Eric McCormack) and Grace's (Debra Messing) close-knit relationship just got even more incestuous on Will & Grace. The uncomfortable realization that Will might now be too close to his life-long bestie just may inspire him to branch out into a new occupation.

"We're talking about a real change in his job," Eric McCormack teased to TV Guide.

The wheels have already been set in motion with Will calling for a change in the spring finale. But if you think that change includes him taking on odd jobs like a bartender or a nanny, maybe don't get your hopes up. According to McCormack, Will's potential new gig would still involve his law degree to an extent but it would also be "something that will introduce some other characters" into everyone's lives.

And while some major changes might be headed to the beloved sitcom in Season 2, fans can take solace in the fact that one thing will always remain the same: Will's humble New York abode. "Will could never sell his apartment," McCormack added. "That would never happen."

Will & Grace returns this fall on NBC.
