Guns N' Roses' Slash and Duff have filed a lawsuit against Axl Rose, alleging that he instructed ASCAP to pay song royalties only to him and not to the other members of the band. Perhaps he's begun taking business advice from Courtney Love?... Per The Hollywood Reporter, Sandra Bullock is in talks to topline Premonition, about a housefrau whose newly dead husband refuses to stay buried. Sadly, this is not a comedy.... ABC and TNT have both purchased the broadcast rights to War of the Worlds, banding together to come up with a licensing fee of about $25 million.
