Royal Pains
10/9c USA
Things are heating up between Hank and Emily, but will Hank end up getting burned? Evan seems to think so, and is convinced that Emily is stealing potential clients from HankMed by diverting them to her own website. But Evan's not about to take her trickery lying down: He pulls Eddie in on a plan to get revenge. — Brie Hearn
Gordon Ramsay's Great Escape

9/8c BBC America
Chef Ramsay concludes his exploration of Indian culture and cuisine in Southern India, a prime area for vegetarianism, where the famously hot-tempered meat lover is told his mood will improve if he adopts a vegetarian diet. He's skeptical, but gives it a try during a trip to an ashram. Later, he dives for fish by hand in Kerala, and then his journey wraps up in Mumbai, where he samples street food in the city's largest slum before showing off all that he's learned when he cooks an authentic Indian meal for the city's high society. — Karen Andzejewicz
Pitchmen
9/8c Discovery
Last summer, television lost an unlikely icon, Billy Mays, the likable, bearded and boisterous huckster of household-cleaning products. Tonight, his son, Billy Mays III, assumes the mantle for the reality series' Season 2 premiere, in which a former marine pitches his new take on the flashlight and an inventor tries to follow in his father's lifesaving footsteps. — Michael Chant

SportsCenter Fantasy Draft Special
7/6c ESPN
Step aside, baseball. The new national pastime gets underway over the next few weeks (as work production suffers) when fantasy football drafts take place for countless millions of armchair general managers. If you're truly lost and haven't read a single page of the NFL preview mags, this one-hour primer could save you some embarrassment. The ESPN experts, featuring full-time fantasy geeks and actual former players, provide early-round strategies, forecast some mid-round finds and might even uncover this year's versions of 2009 breakout players Ray Rice and Miles Austin. — Roger Leister
You're Wearing That?!
10/9c WE
WE debuts this makeover series with back-to-back episodes. The show follows mothers and daughters as they offer tough love in the fashion department by critiquing each other's styles and coming up with new looks. The opener features American Idol alum Kimberley Locke, whose personal style needs a tune-up, and her mother, Christine, who wears too-big clothes. — Brie Hearn
NightlinePrime: Secrets of Your Mind — Why We Do What We Do
10/9c ABC
University of West Virginia neurosurgeon Julian Bailes isn't exactly a household name, but he did make news recently when he found chronic traumatic encephalopathy in the brain of the late Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry. Bailes also examined the brain of wrestler Chris Benoit, who killed himself and his family in 2007. Now he's the focus of this Nightline four-part foray into prime time (airing weekly through Sept. 9), but tonight's subject is more upbeat (for the most part): Bailes explores the brains of people who are in love. — Paul Droesch
WCG Ultimate Gamer
11/10c Syfy
Considering how far technology has come from the humdrum graphics of Pong to video games so realistic they're as fun to watch as they are to play, it's not surprising we have a reality-competition series based on the pastime. What is surprising is how easy it is to get sucked into the human drama behind the on-screen battles. Actress-martial artist Kelly Hu serves as a guest judge for the Season 2 premiere. — Michael Chant
