Red Is Getting Bled in The Blacklist Season 7 Trailer

How is Red going to get out of this one? The eternal question of The Blacklist is posed once again in the trailer for Season 7, which finds Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) in the clutches of Katarina Rostova (Laila Robins), with Liz Keen (Megan Boone) and the task force racing to save him.

The trailer starts with a reminder of what happened in the final moments of Season 6, with Red getting captured by Rostova, the Russian agent who's Keen's biological mother and Reddington's... something. It's still not clear what their relationship is. She has Red trussed up and is draining his blood until he tells her what she wants to know. What specific secrets does he hold?
