Three months and counting after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Patrick Swayze has some good news to pass along to fans. In a statement to People, Swayze details the full life he and wife Lisa have been living as of late, welcoming spring and new baby calves at their New Mexico home, attending a birthday soiree in Reno, and hitting the occasional Lakers game. "In the meantime," Swayze says, "I am continuing treatment at Stanford and the great news is I continue to respond well." Remember, this is coming from the guy the Enquirer gave "five weeks to live."
