Survivor: The Australian Outback hasn't even premiered yet, and already the buzz is building on the third installment of CBS's popular reality series. At CBS's portion of the Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena, Calif. today, the network announced that it has signed a deal with Survivor brainchild Mark Burnett to do a third and fourth Survivor, with No. 3 debuting later this fall. Meanwhile, CBS continues to make changes to its schedule as it prepares for the Jan. 28 launch of Outback. Executives confirmed rumors that beginning February 1, its freshman smash, CSI, will move to Thursdays at 9 pm following Survivor. (Look out Will & Grace!) The Fugitive, meanwhile, will take over CSI's old Friday (9 pm) timeslot, and
