Report: Subway Ex-Spokesman Jared Fogle Will Plead Guilty to Child Pornography Charges
He was first charged in July
Subway's former spokesman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges, according to a report from Indianapolis' Fox59.
Sources told the station that Fogle will accept a plea deal on Wednesday. The US Attorney's office is also planning to hold a press conference to discuss the matter, according to the report.
FBI subpoenas "lewd texts" from Jared Fogle
The charges come after federal agents raided Fogle's Indiana home in early July, where they seized several computers and DVDs. The FBI also subpoenaed an affidavit containing text messages in which Fogle allegedly admitted to paying for sex with a 16-year-old girl.
Subway swiftly ended their relationship with Fogle after the raid.
