Star Jones Gets Served by TruTV

After less than a year on the air, truTv abruptly served Star Jones Reynolds her walking papers, announcing that Feb. 1 will be the last day for her series, The Star Jones Show, on the network.Tru (formerly known as Court TV) attributed the decision to "rebranding and programming focus of the network," and will be replacing Jones' show with Arrest & Trial, a new series for which she will occasionally appear as a legal expert. Jones, who previously was part of The View's daily posse, clearly did not get the "star treatment" she's been giving guests all along. Now where's the justice in that? — Anna Dimond
