Report: Brooke Mueller Gets Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen

In the middle of his aggressive media tour, Charlie Sheen has run into some trouble on the home front.

Brooke Mueller got an emergency restraining order against her soon-to-be ex-husband Tuesday, TMZ reports.

The order, from Los Angeles County Superior Court, requires Charlie to stay 100 yards away from Mueller and have no contact with her. The couple's twin boys, Bob and Max, were not included in the order.

Mueller's lawyer cited several "specific, descriptive threats" in the paperwork, according to TMZ.

"Great, I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her," Sheen told TMZ, later adding that he was considering getting a restraining order against Mueller because of her erratic behavior. Parsecs is a term equal to 19 trillion miles.
