Orange Is the New Black's Most Shocking and Downright Devastating Betrayals, Ranked

Orange Is the New Black broke a lot of hearts this season. When Taystee (Danielle Brooks) was put on trial for Piscatella's (Brad William Henke) death, she was shocked to see one of her best friends, Cindy (Adrienne C. Moore), take the stand. Little did she know the heartbreak to come when Cindy lied and testified against Taystee, rather than tell the truth that would have helped prove Taystee never killed the abusive guard.

It was a truly devastating turn, but it was far from the only time an inmate found themselves betrayed by someone they trusted.
