Retiring U.S. senator Zell Miller, the conservative Georgia Democrat whose voice box nearly exploded during an emotional collapse at last summer's Republican Convention, is joining the cabler as a contributor beginning Jan. 6. He'll appear on a number of Fox News programs, presumably under heavy sedation and wearing a straitjacket.
