When in Rome?
At the European Music Awards Sunday, Miley Cyrus took full advantage of marijuana being legal in Amsterdam and smoked a joint on stage as she accepted the award for best video, Us Weekly reports.
Cyrus, 20, won the night's top prize for her controversial "Wrecking Ball" clip and lit up a celebratory joint as she made her way up to the stage.
An insider tells Us that it wasn't the only time she indulged during the evening, and that she was also smoking consistently backstage.
Cyrus, whose racy performance turned heads at the MTV Video Music Awards earlier this year, also performed twice at the EMAs, singing "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball."
