Michael Phelps to Enter Treatment Program Following Second DUI

Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps says he's taking time away to attend a program, following his arrest for another DUI. The athlete's representatives said that the in-patient program should last six weeks. Last week, the 22-time Olympic medalist was pulled over and subsequentlycharged with DUI, excessive speeding and crossing double lanes. At the time he tweeted that he fully understood the severity of his actions and would take full responsibility. In another series of tweets, Phelps wrote the following:
