Russell Crowe wants the world to know he's sorry for Monday's tele-tantrum. Appearing on last night's Late Show with David Letterman, the Oscar-winning rabble-rouser apologized for throwing a phone at a hotel concierge. "This is possibly the most shameful situation I've ever gotten myself [into] in my life," he said, "and I've done some pretty dumb things in my life." Oh, come on, Proof of Life wasn't that bad. (OK, yes it was.)
