Mayans M.C. Season 2 Trailer: EZ Tells Angel the Truth About Their Mother

FX released the first trailer for the Sons of Anarchy spin-off Mayans M.C.Season 2 on Friday ahead of the show's panel at San Diego Comic-Con and it's one hell of a ride. The video wastes no time before showing EZ (JD Pardo) revealing the truth behind his mother's death to his brother Angel (Clayton Cardenas). But while the boys seem bent on getting revenge on Happy (David LaBrava) for the murder -- despite still being on the outs -- their father Felipe (Edward James Olmos) is fighting to get them on a better path.

And after his trouble-making return in the Season 1 finale, Sons of Anarchy's Lincoln Potter (Ray McKinnon) is sticking around in Season 2. With EZ having taken care of the DEA agent on his orders, Lincoln now has his sights set on taking down the rebel leader Adelita (Carla Baratta). And it appears as though he's going to enlist Miguel Galindo (Danny Pino) in this quest against the "rebel queen," even at the risk of Miguel's own legitimate career.

Co-created by Kurt Sutter and Elgin James, Mayans M.C. Season 2 also stars Sarah Bolger, Michael Irby, Antonio Jaramillo, Raoul Max Trujillo, Richard Cabral, and Emilio Rivera.

Mayans M.C. premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 10/9c on FX.
