Lindsay Lohan is expected to appear in court next week after missing a hearing, according to The Associated Press.
Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said the actress will show up Monday morning.
After missing Thursday's mandatory hearing for a probation progress report, the 23-year-old Lohan was to be arrested upon her return to the United States from France. But the arrest warrant was recalled when bond was posted for her.
Arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan recalled
Under orders from Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, Lohan's probation has been revoked and she will be banned from drinking alcohol once she returns. She also must be outfitted with an alcohol-monitoring bracelet and submit to random drug testing.
Holley told the court the actress was absent Thursday because her passport was stolen. Lohan is in Cannes, promoting her film, Inferno. Lohan's probation stems from two arrests in 2007.
