The Today show quartet put their best faces forward this morning — despite the fact that all hell was breaking loose behind the scenes. After 17 months on the job, Jonathan Wald is out as the show's exec producer. Simmering tensions between Wald and anchors Katie Couric and Matt Lauer reportedly were a contributing factor.
