CBS issued an apology Thursday for preempting the final minutes of Wednesday's CSI: NY to air a special report on Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's death. The network blamed the gaffe on an "overly aggressive" producer who's apparently been relegated to doing Dick Wolf's dirty work. The episode will be rerun tonight at 10 pm/ET.
