Sunny (Daniel Wu) returns from living off the grid when Into the Badlands heads into its third season on Sunday, April 22 at 10/9c.

Season 4 finds Sunny teaming up with Bajie (Nick Frost) to head back into the Badlands after his son contracts a mysterious illness. However, the Widow (Emily Beecham) and Baron Chau (Eleanor Matsuura) have engaged in an all-out war which has destabilized the region. The fight draws in a nomadic leader named Pilgrim (Babou Ceesay) who intends to restore Azra and usher in a new era of peace. Faced with this major threat, old enemies must join forces in order to protect the Badlands.
