GUINEY PIG?

The owners of a $4.5 million Malibu estate are suing the producers of The Bachelor, claiming their crib was trashed during the show's month-long shoot there. According to TheSmokingGun.com, Kenneth Chyten and his wife claim that when the cast and crew (including star Bob Guiney) vacated the two acre spread, they left behind holes in the walls, a poisonous spider infestation and a rodent problem (we assume they mean host Chris Harrison). The couple is seeking $5 million in damages.
