For the second time in three months, Lindsay Lohan was involved in a fender bender while trying to elude paparazzi. The latest incident occurred Tuesday when the actress' Mercedes-Benz collided with a van in West Hollywood. Lohan and an unidentified female passenger were taken to the hospital for treatment of "minor injuries." The male van driver was also treated for "moderate injuries" and charged with keeping a quasi-actress in the headlines.
