Exclusive Fear the Walking Dead First Look: Where Are All the Zombies?

Even though we know Fear the Walking Dead is a prequel to AMC's monster hit The Walking Dead, it's still a bit alarming to see photos from the series without any undead walkers.

The new series, which stars Kim Dickens and Cliff Curtis and is set in Los Angeles at the very beginning of the zombie outbreak, feels completely different from the desolate, backwoods locales our pals on the mothership often encounter. In fact, in the exclusive image above, siblings Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Nick Clark (Frank Dillane) are surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a city filled with living, non-people-eating humans!

Call us crazy, but we don't think that will last too long. After all, it looks like Alicia and Nick already have their eyes trained on some sort of threat the rest of the world is too busy to notice. We're sure their worried looks will become a regular fixture on the show.
