For a second time, presidential hopeful Sen. John Edwards has elected not to participate in a debate — this one slated for September — being hosted by Fox News Channel. "We believe there's just no reason for Democrats to give Fox a platform to advance the right-wing agenda while pretending they're objective," his deputy campaign manager tells Variety. In response/retaliation, a Fox News rep says, "Sen. Edwards has appeared on FNC more than 30 times, most recently in January. When exactly did he start having problems with us? When he was polling below 15 percent?" Oh, fair-and-balanced snap!
