Chicago Med: Can Manning and Halstead Make It Work?

As if Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) didn't have enough on his plate with a lawsuit pending against him, the Chicago Meddoc's love life is still flatlining - for now.

Sparks have been flying between Halstead and Manning (Torrey DeVitto) since the start of the show, but will their relationship ever move past that single kiss? For now, it seems like producers are content to play the long game. And even DeVitto says she's unsure whether she's ready for their characters to take their connection to the next level.

"I find their relationship really endearing," she tells TVGuide.com. "I love his little looks to her ... so as a viewer, I'm definitely rooting for them. As Natalie, I understand her complications. She still wears her wedding ring and has a newborn baby, and has a lot going on in her head. But, I really love their friendship."
