Following a 90-minute, behind-closed-doors hearing, a court commissioner made no changes to the custody arrangements between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline. According to the AP, he then proceeded to push back the next hearing in the matter from January to February. As it stands now, Federline retains temporary custody because of Britney's train-wreck nature repeated defiance of court orders.
