This does not mean the case of Diana's death is being reopened.

The Princess of Wales and her friend were killed in a car crash in Paris in August 1997. A British jury ruled in 2008 that they died due to reckless speed and drinking by their driver and the pursuit of paparazzi.

A new movie about the final years of the Princess' life, starring Naomi Watts, hits theaters Oct. 10.
