Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer is vowing to fight a federal appeals court's decision last week to throw out a ruling that awarded the TrimSpa freak show $88.5 million from her late hubby's estate. The money will now stay in the possession of the late oil tycoon's son, E. Pierce Marshall. Despite the setback, Smith remains hard at work on those "beauuuuuuuuuuuutiful duets" with "my boy Kanye West!!"
