ACCIDENT REPORT
Honduras authorities determined that TLC's Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes was trying to pass a car on a highway Thursday night when a truck approached from the other lane, forcing her Mitsubishi Montero off the road and into two trees. She was killed instantly, but eight others in the vehicle survived. Lopes's body will be flown to her hometown of Atlanta this week.
