Average oater entertainment with Maynard cleaning up a western valley that has an outlaw cloud hanging over it. A nasty bunch plans on taking control of the town once they realize that a railroad is to be built through it, but rail plans change and the villains, like the herd of wild stallions, are rounded up by the finale.
