The Overland Express Reviews

Jones is a member of the Pony Express, riding the famous trail between Missouri and California. Along the way he meets up with the expected hostile Indians, as well as the rival operators of a stagecoach. Too much time is spent on detail and not enough on action, which makes this a slow-going effort at best. There's a poor mismatch of stock Indian shots edited into the footage as well. The action is kept down to a minimum with the emphasis placed on the hard-riding men.
