The Lollipop Cover Reviews

In this admirable independent feature, a former boxer, Gordon, and an abandoned nine-year-old girl, Seflinger, hitchhike together to California. There, Gordon hopes to find a drug addict who was given Gordon's life savings by his late sister. His search is futile, but, along the way, he learns through his contact with Seflinger to be less cynical. The title stems from the youngster's habit of looking at everything through colored cellophane candy wrappers, a blatant but intriguing symbol.
