Inept, quickie SUPERMAN rip-off with reminders of old muscle movies tossed in for good measure. Coby is a private-eye superhero complete with a Superman-styled outfit (he even wears a mask). His female cohort is Lois Lane look-alike Polakov, and Mitchell is the mad scientist that Coby must stop from carrying out the standard evil plans. This film has every SUPERMAN motif clearly in place, from the hero's otherworldly beginnings to the big-city settings of New York. Besides its rip-off qualities the film does have some fairly good special effects, but they're not nearly enough to make this worth watching.
